There's a big map with lots of circular nodes (or whatever you want to call them) on it.  Each player is represented by one node on the map.  All other nodes are either empty (and can be filled in later) or are all ready filled in.  There are Physical nodes, which can increase your MaxHP, dexterity, strength or agility (those are the default RMXP terms.); Magical nodes, which enhance MaxSP or Intelligence, and skill nodes, which give you skills.  These nodes are activated by certain "node" items, which are dropped by many monsters.  Every time a character gains a level, they get one move point which they can use to move around the node map (one move point=one node movement.)  For each character there is a large portion of the node map that is "theirs" and their node starts in that area.  All the areas are connected however, so your front-line warrior can end up learning Ultima.  I hope that description helps.

I'm not good at figuring it out. Still trying after 2 weeks then again i'm still new to this thing. hope it helps
