No, if you look at the default Bliss image it is just a green field. In the background behind the girl you can see a mushroom cloud...so it's called Bliss Nuke.

It actually kinda sucks most of the time, because I have to go in and mess with background images to make the resolution right, and older PC games play all stretched out and look all ugly and crap. :\
