Web Hosting + domain name

Well pretty soon I want to get the site I am working on (or another site) online and there are TONS of host's to choose from.

I am looking for a host that comes with a domain name, and hopefully it is under 15$ a month. I don't need a HUGEEEEE host, just an ok one + domain name. but I don't want to get stuck with a crappy host that ends up having ad's and restrictions on stuff like file types.

Koreru. Lowest plan is $5 a month for 5GB / 50GB, pretty decent.

I have an account there, and it's great. Always up and fast .

For domains, GoDaddy are the most popular.
