Just made a Spider Battler and Sprite set... FINISHED

Here's what I have done on the Big Spider so far (Tried to make it a mixture of every one's idea's):-

The big one looks amazing! Itll work best if either the player has shrunk or a game uses a small template

Yeah, it looks really good. I think I'd move the skull up a little bit in the walking forward animation though. Anyway, great job!

props man, and yeah the upward walking one, you should move the skull up a bit, on the facing down one, the skull looks like it's directly in the middle of the back.

hmmm i think you should make another one like this but make it black then make the but big big big circle shape thing hehehe this is nice stuff LOS can you make a griffin one that does not look like the RTP ver. =)

Found some Griffin bits off the Net for you (I am only making stuff for my own games at the mo, and if user want to use them they can, or making request I will use also in my addon pack)

I used Photoshop and used the Paint Brush tool, and some clever layer techniques and the smudge tool in places... Gives a Comic style look... Drew them using the mouse.

They look good in game

I put the outlines on one layer and the colouring on another (Lower than the lines)
