The edit of the clothes shading and the difficult shaded hair makes him seem professinal.

But theres one problem I just cant get my eye on...

hmmm maybe the slashing of the weapon when it hit's down?

cost aside from the weapon it looks good but when it slashes down it looks cartoony well you get my point

use a 5 layer pallet sincronize with your weapon and it will look good =)
