Which RPG I should start with? i hadnt try them much.  I have use Game maker before then I quit. The coding stuff is too difficult for me to understand how it work. I loves the side view battle as Final Fantasy 6. I doing spriting now, and I have long way to go on spriting. Here the links for four way directions of Mega Man walking.

have you used game maker on this forum? arrow and others are VERY helpful here in that section.
also I would say RMXP
but you can use 2k3, don't recommend using 2k or 95
Watch out for: HaloOfTheSun

Only problem with Game Maker is they give me a coding which I never learns anything likes that. I likes drag and drop stuffs but they wasnt too good. So I am going to try RPG. I dont want type all the coding without know how it work.

edit: I need gif files for animation enemy during in battle, why they use jpg, png, and bmp to make enemy stand still. i guess none of them is perfect...

Megaman RPG ? I think those sprites would go good with 2K3 and for the other stuff you need try going to the resorce forum they have some good links and stuff

MegaMan

I agree with Rodney because my sprite just good enough and he look too tiny in RMXP.

But is there a way to make enemy animations insted of stand there in battle at RPGMaker 2003?

try going to www.charas-project.net on the side it has a thing called "site" and a little under it has a link called complete resources. I am sure you will find a battler there for megaman

tSwitch

I don't think you can do animated enemy battlers in 2k3, if you got XP you could, and you could just use 2k/2k3 converted tilesets and characters

Not unless if someone can hack RPG Maker 2003 for able to import gif file. That would be sweet, but that is okay.

i think i can help you making a Battle Chara....

tSwitch

please use modify next time, also don't post multiple links on the same line, it merges them

also, I don't think anyone here could hack 2003 properly.

your best bet for animated enemies, is definetally XP side view.

MegaMan

I am doing in first original Mega Man because there is no story line about how Mega Man begins. There is small info in Mega Man 4 and Mega Man Powered Up and I found translated Japanese comic of Mega Man birth.

I believe RPG Maker XP is more work than RPG Maker 2003 and I am doing in RPG Maker 2003.
