rmxp's default battle systemdon't really need a descriptionBlizzard's AbsIt's like "Legend of Zelda games"you don't go through a battle transition. there is no "Battle Mode" and no "Battle Screen". You fight on the map, pressing different hotkeys on the keyboard to attack, use skills, use items etc. when an enemy drops an item, the item apears on the map and you have to run over and pick it up.
this battle system also includes:
- running fast
- sneaking (walking slowly, for stealth)
- a mini-map
- a hud (showing your hp, sp, exp, etc.)
- jumping
- and blocking
