How to do cutscenes?

How can I do cutscenes? Like, in the game KNight-Blade on the RPG Maker website. So it starts with a long cutscene and writing fading in and out. Also, a credit sequence at the end and cutscenes through the game, like when I need Tifa and Cloud to dance but the character can not move or interrupt it. Can anyone help?
