site help

I can't use the site from home because i keep getting a message saying that
"guest is banned from forum" I even try to log in and it wont let me in. I dont belive that i have even used this site from home yet and was wondering why it's banned other than maybe ity was a previously banned ip that I inherited cause I have dial up I'm not sure. I sure would like to get it fixed though.
