[RESOLVED] Moving Clouds

If this has been answered before, my apologies!  I couldn't find it on the first couple of pages.. so if I missed it, just point me in the right direction.

Basically.. in my game, there are a few scenes where you are on an airship deck while it's in the air.  And I can't quite figure out how to make it so it appears as though the clouds are moving below?

Is this a simple fix?  Any help would be great, thanks!

Eventing. Choose a fog and choose a movement thing. Negatives move it left, Positives move it right. 15 will make it go right at rate 15, -15 will make it go left at a rate of 15. I saw this somewhere... Sorry I couldn't be more descriptive.
