that's a 1337 event
basicly you want to teleport to another map, use a picture for most of the menu and do walkness for options or something
(like if button down is pushed then show glowing button image instead of normal if up then normal it again and glow the upper one so on)

it's gonna take you a while to make it but it can look quite good
