[RECRUITING] A sprite artist

as you can see in this thread, I completely suck at spriting.

I'm looking for a spriter to do one or both of two things
1) draw battle sprites based on the sketches for poses that I come up with
2) help me learn how to sprite properly.

here's a sketch of the pose I drew for the sprite that I tried to do.
if you wish to help me, I am going to need an example of your style/work, by drawing that character in that pose
(animation is a plus!)
