Why?

Why do you make RPGs? This may sound kinda odd, but I was just wondering why you people make them.

I make mine because it is the only way I can show my story. <--(Talking about Final Knights here)

I can't write very well, and I can't draw. So this was the only way.

And if you don't have a reason, thats alright. I was just wondering if anyone had a reason.

I make it because they are fun to make xD the program gets my brain moving (which I like) but right now I'm also trying to learn some BASIC web designing....which has been stopped since my computer is too loud to work on when running Dreamweaver.

Because I always wanted to make my own game. Then I wanted to make it an RPG, so I tried Game Maker, but it was too hard for me. Then I found out about this program, so I used it to mkae my game.

I want to show everyone a partial of the world in my head. I also needed a hobby apart from drawing random sketches as well...

I do it for entertainment, and to express myself.

For multiple reasons. It's a way to express myself, but also to see how creative I am.
And I just like the eventing part. It's just one big puzzle to me and it's a puzzle I like!
Lastly I also do it becouse I want to learn to make games and this is an easy way to start.

I use game macking as an escape from the reality around me.
i used to day dream about rpg games. plus i am a hyper guy so it help's me stay focused and
direct all the bound up energy in one direction.

parody is also a big part of my games, i love to use my games to make people laugh or think back on some events in the past
