Easy Animated Windowskin
I posted this on ChaosProject, so I'll post it here.
This simple event system will allow you to have an animated windowskin! Keep in mind however, this doesn't work on the menu.

Instructions
Create a new common event. Make it a paralell process. Your event should look like this...

<>Wait 3 Frames (This is the frame delay. It can be at anything!)
<>Change Skin System 'Blue1 (This is the first frame)'
<>Wait 3 Frames
<>Change Skin System 'Blue2' (This is the second frame! You can make as many as you want)
