A question about the direction of the player when the game starts.

I want it so that when the game starts, the player is facing up. How do I do this?

Change graphic? Try this. Make your guy start out as no graphic. Start the game in a blank map. Make the screen tinted black. Teleport your guy to the starting map with a "Change Hero Graphic" and then tine the screen back to normal. That was worded weirdly. Kind of. Try that.
