Legal Version Question

I just got the legal version.. Whenever Im trying to use dubealex's advanced message script. But when I put \n[Guard]  It just shows that text... Any clues as what to do?

Maybe the script isn't above main, or it isn't really there.

Nonono its not the script either. Ok... In p Knights. When you put \, it did that symbol... WHen you do \ in this, it just throws it in the message. Its nothing wrong with the script..

Your having trouble getting a script to work, therefore it belongs in scripts.

If you are using the same script i'm using (Dubealex advanced message script-Release 4[Update 2]).Then you're doing it wrong.
The command goes: \Name[Guard].

Z...O...M...G.... LISTEN!!!! I dont give a crap about the script! I can figure that out!!! In Postality Knights edition, even if you DONT have a script installed for messages, it will still lshow a yen sign for \... I NEED TO KNOW WHY MY GAME WILL NOT SHOW \ AS A COMMAND ICON THING!!!! This has NOTHING TO DO WITH SCRIPTS!

YOU HAVE USED A SCRIPT TO TRY AND INSERT A COMMAND INTO A MESSAGE BOX IT IS NOT WORKING THEREFORE IT IS A PROBLEM WITH A SCRIPT.

typical no one will help you so you switch systems gesh

the yen symbol has nothing to do with it because your using the legal version

also try using / not \

and use the edit button

Well actually, I decided not to use edit button because from what I know that does not bump it and last night it was moved to scripts and the 1st post out of the double was put out when it was in troubleshooting. And no its nothing with the script, I tried it without the script. just putting \ didnt work.. Ill try / right now, but I really think that its somthing with the game and not anything with a script. I took the script completely out. Im thinking about attempting to make my own script for my needs.
