[RESOLVED] (RMXP) Making An Opening Like This?

Is there any way to make an Opening Cutscene before the Title Screen appears? If no, is there any way to make one after you click "New Game"? Basically, A Video or a Cutscene using Maps and Characters from the game? I would prefer the Cutscene Option, as I am not much of an Animator. (I don't even know how to make AVI Videos)
