putting in the resources

how do you put the things fro charas, and the rpg makers rk resources into the rpgmakers? are they only for a certain maker?

If it's RPG Maker XP, in the the middle of the map, look up and a little to the right. There should be an icon that looks like a folder and white paper on it. Then import it. I'm not on RPG Maker XP so I'm not completely sure.
