I was wonder if you could get a battle system like this http://youtube.com/watch?v=TpKSXqjjBs8. I am not sure if its just for 2k3 which I have never used before or could you get this on XP?

That looks like the regular RPG Maker 2k3 except with a different menu skin and different bars.

Well so it is possible to get the sprites to have attack sprites on XP?
