Making an Event happen later. Is it possible? [RESOLVED]

Like, I want an Event to happen in one room, but not until another Event happens earlier. Say there's already an Event in the East Room, but I don't want it to happen or appear until another event occurs later in the upper east room. Can I make this happen? If yes, how?

Switches.  On the event you don't want to happen until a certain point, add at the top beside conditions that a certain switch is on and name the switch, in the event that triggers the second one add the event "Constrol switch" to turn the desired switch on.
