Zelda game help please

Hello. I am making a zelda game sequel for windwaker on PRG maker XP, and i was wondering if anyone could make me/find me any character sets for the King of Red Lions. It needs to be like an actor graphics, bc when you touch the water, your character is going to turn into the boat.
