Noob question (XP)

I am trying to have a event after talking to the hero to leave the area but i want him to move to a specific place before he disapears,

event command "move route"
then wait for moves completion
and finnaly teleport.

also remember to say what version you are using

i tried the move route but the custom route but it only lets me move him move up, left, right, and down and since he random walks around before you talk to him there is no way i can be sure how much he would need to move Left, right, up, or down so he can get to where he should disapear.
