My opinions on America

1.   The War on Terrorism: It’s sparking up a lot of controversy in the Islamic Nations. Clearly it tells me it’s a conspiracy to get the Americans to support their military. Bush knew about the September 11th bombings, but it could’ve been because of the 1998 Trade Center Bombings. This led to the invasion of Afghanistan, in search for Osama Bin Laden (Failed). A few years later, their intelligence tells them that Iraq has WMDA (Weapons of Mass Destruction), and then the army settles there. Bush deliberately attacked this country under false pretenses, but soon later I will talk about the most stupid things America has done. The elimination of Saddam Hussein, was unfair, he was given the right to trial by jury, but executed for crimes against humanity. Yes, this is a crime against humanity, but look back in the past. No one even bothers to call the enslavement of Africans, a crime against humanity. Want to know why? Because it’s America, and they believe it’s just a major mistake they did.

2.   Freedom Fighters: Current groups known as freedom fighters: Ham as, Al Qaeda, Taliban (Former group, now broken up into smaller groups, for the sake of their survival), and Hezbollah, etc. Look, the reason I call them Freedom Fighters, is because they are, they’re like the American Revolutionists, who fought against the British, for injustice, independence, liberty, and freedom. Here’s how it goes. The U.S. military fired first, beginning the war, the Freedom Fighters fired back. They’re just fighting for the sake of being left alone. I say “JUST LEAVE THEM ALONE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD”. Let me explain to you, the meaning of Terrorist: A group of people, or a single person, that spreads a political message, through violence. Let me put it this way, when the Americans wanted freedom from the British, they fought back, they spread their message (We want to be free, we don’t want you lobster backs here). So aren’t they considered terrorists? Aren’t the British considered terrorists? Ex: Boston Massacre: A group of colonists protesting/boycotting British goods

3.   Freedom:*Scoffs* America overuses this simple term. They take this term for granted, and believe me, Freedom isn’t something you get, just because it’s written on a piece of paper, it’s something that is earned, through true meaning. Just because it’s written on a document, doesn’t mean you’ll get freedom. One common example: The decision to enslave hundreds of thousands of Africans. Did they ever get freedom? Yes, because they EARNED IT. America got their freedom right from the start, because they wrote it on a piece of paper. Big whoop, an ancient alien race could just enslave us all. Now when does the piece of paper come into effect? Never, unless you earn it by fighting back, or negotiating, through matters of peace.

4.   The Economy: Capitalism only rewards those who earn, leaving those who don’t behind. This is very true. If the United States were rich, then why do we have more than 1 million homeless people out on the streets? The people earning their money are going through hassles, just trying to get back on their feet.

5.   Bush More focused on war: Dude I’m telling you, screw war, what obviously can it accomplish? Bush is more focused of terrorism, bombs, and war. Why not focus on the environment, education, healthcare, and tax cuts (Not your Average Republican). He also invests highly in the upper class, rather than the lower classes. He invests highly in gambling, and his ignorance toward the Hurricane Katrina event in New Orleans, is terrifyingly disgusting. His lack of completing the World Trade Center was an obnoxious gesture.

6.   The Army: Hey look at me, I wear colored clothing, and carry big guns, and explosives, where as those 3rd world countries can’t and that’s why we’re here, so that only we can be in power. This explains all, no need for further argument on this subject.

7.   Racism, Hatred, Racial Profiling, and Discrimination: 2 common examples of victims of these are: Islamic People (Arabs as some say), and African Americans. In New York, an Arab can’t walk from one street to the other, without getting that suspicious eye, from the law enforcement. In the 1960s and 50s, this was being used all out against African Americans. The fact that Bush decides to deport Muslims back to their countries, because of racial profiling, just makes me sick. Its bad enough you have to deport Mexicans, but Muslims?

8.   Americans: All out users: We feature you the users, and the used. America surely loves to use countries. Iraq= Good oil supply. Venezuela= Cheap, but efficient oil supply. Mexico= Used for cheap labor, and taken for granted heavily. Israel= A second military front, for clearing out small Islamic Militia Groups. Canadians= Cheap Medicine, and livestock supply. Brazil= Wood, and to think the Americans are using it, and saving it at the same time, you could clearly see the Irony in that. UK= A third military front, used mainly to bust and foil Terrorist plans. Well my examples clearly show, America=User, Countries listed= Used.

9.   Jews: Oh for the love of god, I have an entire page for these folks (Probably not). Let me put it this way, Jews, are greedy, boastful, ignorant, and obnoxious, as well as they complain too much. If you find this racist, watch what I have in stock for you. Jews say that the Islamic religion is an abomination to the world. As for me being a Muslim, I find this hard to believe. Jews are always in a constant mood of complaining. One common example be would saying Hitler out loud during a bar-mitzvah. My advice: GET OVER IT, QUIT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PAST, AND LIVE YOUR LIVES, AS PEOPLE, NOT VICTIMS OF THE PAST. I hate having to admit this, but Hitler’s idea of exterminating Jews was disgusting, and as more, and more in depth I think about the relationships, I’m finding the reason why Hitler may have caused trouble for Jews. Rumors are going around, saying that Hitler’s mother, and him, were arrested and separated. Whilst in jail, Hitler had plans of exterminating Jews, which I find disturbing.  Why they were arrested, no one knows, and no one knew what happened to Hitler’s mother. As a young teen, Hitler observed Jews; found them to be exactly as I have said. Let me explain to you in depth, of how Jews are what they are today. Jews are greedy; I have a couple of Jew friends, now separated, because they feel Islam is “spam” to the world. Greediness: They love to express this in a lot of ways (EX: My Jew friends were credit hungry, and took most of the project credit for themselves). Jews boast a lot. (EX: HA! I’m level 164 on runescape, HA!) (EX: Look at this Emerald Ring I bought for my wife… Jew: Yeah, looks nice (Sarcasm), but check out my Diamond Ring, it costs 5000$, I’m pretty sure, that’s enough for 3 Emerald Rings. ). Boasting pisses me off, and they’re clearly Bougie. Ignorant, completely ignorant on topics that have nothing to do with them. Obnoxious. Oh god, Jews can get extremely obnoxious. If you curse them out, or offend them in any way, they lash out on you, and they start to complain, the most obvious excuse is the Holocaust. This is probably the reason why certain people hate Jews, you guys complain too much. NOTE: I AM NOT TO BE CONDEMNED FOR ANY RACISM (IF ANY) IN THIS TOPIC, IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE ABOUT THIS; I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT READ IT. Note: America sure loves to use it.

10.   Destruction to the environment: If you haven’t noticed, Americans are outputting more and more pollution to the environment, than any other country. Visit this website: http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/env_pol_car_dio_per_cap-pollution-carbon-dioxide-per-capita

11.   Unnecessary wars: There were quite a few wars that were unnecessary. For example, the war against terrorism, Terrorists spread their message through violence right? Then we would consider the armies, which are using Violence to spread a message. Why do you think Terrorists are doing all of this, in recent news reports, people say it’s because of the actual presence of American soldiers. Though I really suggest Bush pull out those troops, before other countries get involved, and before it gets really ugly out there. So you’re saying the American army isn’t terrorist at all, because they’re using violence, to say that we don’t like terrorists?

12.   A major weakness: America’s power all resides in a single document, known as the Constitution, and the Declaration of Independence. Without these 2 documents, America is totally screwed. So if these documents were to be destroyed (Hypothetically), The American country would be up for grabs. Any country could claim control over it, and all because they do not have the Declaration of Independence. The American Government would really be a dictatorship, rather than a Democratic nation.

13.   Having Relied on other countries: The rest of the rich world looks toward the future with the Kyoto treaty and gasoline taxes to become more sustainable. However, President George W. Bush, along with most Americans, refuses to change. Everyone is terrified of having to pay more for energy and gasoline. I could continue, but most people know about this problem, including how it results in America's addiction to foreign oil.

14.   American Products: Bad quality: America has good prices for nearly everything, but goods and services are usually of low quality. Think of the great number Americans who receive a free "cell phone" for signing up for a mobile plan. But, then the "phone" doesn't receive service everywhere it is supposed to or you drop the thing once and it doesn't work anymore. Is it really a cell phone then? No, it's just a piece of junk from Korea that's an illusion of a cell phone. But hey, at least you got it for free. Europe may be expensive, but most goods and services are of much better quality. Garbage Kyocera "cell phones" from Korea can't penetrate European markets because the people demand and expect quality. Even McDonald's tastes better in Holland. And in most cases, the Dutch cashiers speak better English! Now that fact, which I have found from my own experiences, proves how America can be "disgustingly disagreeable or offensive," and therefore sucks.

15.   Censorship: America goes too far with censorship. What’s the censorship, if kids could get their hands on X rated books and videos. in the United States, sex is unmentionable and any amount of nudity is taboo. We all remember the Janet Jackson ordeal at last year's Super Bowl. Our fanatical attitude toward sex and nudity is precisely why she did it. She knew it would get her a lot of publicity. I'm not saying we should all be able to walk around naked, but come on, we've all seen a naked breast before. It's no big deal. Continuing on the subject of sex, the fact that children need sexual education classes in fourth grade proves that sex is unmentionable in America for most people. Even parents cannot mention anything about the subject and need the school to teach their kids about the birds and the bees instead. It's quite offensive.

16.   America is too religious: America is too religious and is controlled by the rabid, Evangelical Christians of the south. Everyone knows this fact from the last election.

17.   Constitution based on religion: Considering this, America’s nothing, their constitution has GOD given, inevitable rights, whereas, some people hardly believe in religion, so I’m telling you, What the F*ck is the point  of the constitution, if some people hardly believe in GOD.

Health Care: Probably the 3rd most important issue of America. It’s lame… Nearly a third of U.S. patients reported spending more than $1,000 in out-of-pocket expenses for their care, far outpacing all other nations. Canadians and Australians came next, with 14 percent of patients spending that much. The proportion reporting similarly high costs was far lower in the other countries. Americans had the easiest access to specialists, but they experienced the most problems getting care after hours, and Americans and Canadians were the most likely to report problems seeing a doctor the same day they sought one.
Americans were also much more likely to report forgoing needed treatment because of cost, with about half saying they had decided not to fill a prescription, to see a doctor when they were sick or opted against getting recommended follow-up tests. About 38 percent of patients in New Zealand reported going without care; the numbers were 34 percent in Australia, 28 percent in Germany, 26 percent in Canada and 13 percent in Britain. Americans also reported the greatest number of medical errors. Thirty-four percent reported getting the wrong medication or dose, incorrect test results, a mistake in their treatment or care, or being notified late about abnormal test results. Only 30 percent of Canadian patients, 27 percent of Australian patients, 25 percent of New Zealanders, 23 percent of Germans and 22 percent of Britons reported errors. It seems clear to me that, as far as the civilized world goes, America is pretty primitive when it comes to healthcare. I think Michael Walzer puts it very well in his book, Spheres of Justice: "the United States currently maintains one of the shabbier systems of communal provision in the Western world"(p. 84). Both in terms of the availability of healthcare to those who need it, and in terms of the quality of healthcare for the amount of money we pay. So today I'm going to try to back up the claim that American healthcare sucks. (As an aside, I should point out that there is a strong force that will respond to all this with "so what?" From the Libertarian stand point, it might just be a case of "no big deal." The people who deserve healthcare get it just fine, whereas the people who don't pull their share (i.e., the poor) sometimes don't end up as well off. All as it should be. Well, I think that's monstrous. I think Walzer puts it well again: "Needed goods are not commodities"(p. 90).)It's always nice to start out with some good anecdotal evidence to get things warmed up. Consider this story by Belle warring about her experience with medical care in Singapore. Now, by all accounts, Singapore has its flaws. It is both a fairly authoritarian country and not exactly the wealthiest per capita in the world. And yet their healthcare is both of higher quality and is cheaper, at least anecdotally. Sounds like we're doing something seriously wrong! Now consider this more careful statistical information that I found through Matthew Yglesias. Of the countries shown in that data, we both spend the most money and get the worst care. Clearly we're not getting so much for our money. Matthew also pointed the way to this interesting chart that shows that while we're pretty healthy overall, we're certainly not getting very much for our money. On the other hand, look at Cuba! In fact, why don't we talk about Cuba for a moment? Cuba is communist; they are racked by the negative economic effects of our ongoing embargo. By all American accounts, they should be doing pretty shabby. But to the contrary! Cuba's healthcare is so good that Castro is sending Cuban doctors to work in impoverished areas, and challenging American and European doctors to do the same. Another article points out that despite the economic embargo, "All Cubans receive free medical care, regardless of socioeconomic standing. All areas of Cuba have doctors, whether urban or city." Healthcare is widely available and of very high quality, though the embargo has damaged the healthcare system. Nevertheless, "the Cuban government still strives to achieve equality in access to health care among all social classes and regions.” Let’s switch to another neighbor, whose healthcare system has been oft-maligned by Americans: Canada. We've already seen that Canadians get more bang for their buck. Often, you hear talk of Canada as being a bureaucratic nightmare. The propaganda reaches so far that even though Canada is the most livable country in the world, they often wish they were more like the U.S. As it turns out that Americans are least satisfied with their healthcare, while Canada's single payer system has greatly reduced their administration costs: "For instance, it takes more people to administer Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts that it does to administer the entire health care system of Canada." And not only that, Canadians are most satisfied with their healthcare of all industrial nations. My own conversation with Canadians bears this out.

18.   Some more Opinions: We only "rule" over fifty states, making us appear as underachievers to the rest of the world. Abu Ghraib proves our military is totally okay with encouraging gay lifestyles. Democracy: still an untested theory! 230 years not nearly long enough trial periods to truly know if it's safe for general use.

Okay, this is a stupid topic. Why do we pick at eachother like this? "WHAT IS THERE TO GAIN FROM GOING HAHAHAHAHHA AMERICA IS SO DUMB!" ? Yeah, you know what? I'm SO FUCKING SICK of hearing about it! All of these people from other countries going HAHAHA STUPID AMERICANS! NONE OF IT IS TRUE! I KNOW, I AM ONE! STOP TALKING OUT OF YOUR ASSES, SPEWING YOUR BUDDY'S OPINIONS AS VALID FACT, AND TRASHING PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW!

MOTHER FUCKER!

Why? Why must we talk so lowly of eachother? WHY do we refuse to see the good in people, rather than the bad? Isn't it better to have friends than enemies? Even on the internet, in a FRIENDLY COMMUNITY might I add, we constantly have one guy or another picking at people of a certain religion or location or ethnicity. IT GETS OLD REAL FUCKING FAST.

MAKE LOVE, NOT WAR.

1.   The War on Terrorism: A mistake. Not able to be fixed now. You have us there. Oops, our bad. Everyone's voting Democratic next election.

2.   Freedom Fighters: If dumb people blew shit up, and the Americans did nothing about it, people would still bitch.

3.   Freedom: Freedom has bee gained in the past. We have it. Sorry you Middle-Easterners don't. There are stuid restrictions, yeah, but we're better than every other country when it comes to freedom :)

4.   The Economy: "Capitalism only rewards those who earn" sums it up. People who DESERVE money work to get it. Also, there are homeless people, and they may not have what they need to get a job, but there is a beautiful thing called "opportunity" and everyone in America has it.

5.   Bush More focused on war: Okay. Nobody likes our president. We get it.

6.   The Army: I have no problem with American imperialism, even if it is by force. Hey, I'm American.

7.   Racism, Hatred, Racial Profiling, and Discrimination: Oh puh-leaze. INDIVIDUALS are racist. You know. Except in your countries. Then groups of people are racist. Anyway, racism here is a form of freedom of speech. People are punished now if there are hate crimes. Unlike in your countries.

8.   Americans: All out users: We deserve to use them. We are better than they are.

9.   Jews: Some individual Jews may be bad, but as a whole, they beat the hell out of Muslims :)

10.   Destruction to the environment: Oh come the hell on. We may destroy the environment the most, but we also have the most annoying environmentalist groups.

11.   Unnecessary wars: I support American imperialism and globalization. Any wars that bring those about are fine by me.

12.   A major weakness: The Dec. of Independence and the Constitution are two documents that make America unique, and the government is built off of, and built to maintain, them. It GENERALLY does okay.  As far as I know, our country is freer and doesn't suck as much as yours.

16.   America is too religious: AMERICA is too religious? I don't see any Evangelicals blowing up cars and themselves :)

17.   Constitution based on religion: The Constitution was, in no way, based off of religion. You're dumb.

Health Care: Okay. It sucks. But all the top medical procedures are done here, we have all the best medical technology, equipment, and professionals. You may have to actually pay doctors what you owe them, but HEY! That's capitalism :)

Arrow i understand you, its just that people like to spread my message through annoying replies like Djang did.

1. war on terrorism: I understand you.

2. Freedom Fighters: Then president bush needs to get his soldiers outta iraq.

3. Freedom: Us (Middle easterns) have been focusing on many attempts to gain freedom, and doesn't need the u.s. interfering. Saudi Arabia already has a peace keeping force, so it should do well for now.

4. The Economy: How can America be so selfish. In other countries, people are trying to get the poor even with the rich, or at least set them at middle-class standards. But here, homeless people everywhere are in bad luck. I find your obnoxiousness, crude.

5. Bush more focused on war: Yeah screw bush.

6. The Army: Next time, they should fight another war, that actually has meaning, North Korea would not be a possible answer, russia, never, nukes, rumour.

7. Racism: Yeah us arabs are considered racists, wow, all we've been trying to do, is to liberate the middle east from the Goddamn U.S Army.

8. Users: All out sad an disgusting, i won't be surprised if they actually say no, stay out of our goddamn business.

9. Jews: There was no point of that message, besides, the more i talk about jews, the more i'm liking hitler, and i would hate to be one of his followers. Besides, jews are a mock verson of muslims, and i'd hate to say this, but jews have no real religion. All they've done was turn the islamic religion, into a jewish religion. The only differences: Smaller hats, stylish dresses for women, more stylish arab text. Thats all.

10. Wow. I see significan in that message. It'd be no wonder. America caused all the trouble, its their responsibilty of fixing it (If they ever could fix it). I hate having to say this, but America gets cocky and arrogant towards this.

11. Unnessesary wars: What ever

12. A major weakness: The declaration of independance gave them rights to be free, but the british just attacked anyway. Now do you see why freedon has to be earned first?

13. Rely: It's what you guys do all the time, instead of asking iraq's militia to fight the terrorists, why not do it yourselves mr. ohsopowerfulbush? Osama Bin Laden may be hiding, but consider this, Bush is a coward as well. We can't he come out and fight? All he could do is just eat what congress throws at him, and send more people into iraq, just to have their sons being sent home in a coffin.

14. American Products: Yes really. Have you not read the message i put within it?

15. Censorship: Lame... Nudity is human nature, whats wrong with it, even i dont like the fact there is no nudity in the third world countries, but come on, america's supposed to be free because it said so on a piece of paper.

16. Religious: What does blowing up cars have to do with religion? The fact that they're trying to convert people by giving them food and water, and shelter, is just lame... Just be yourself...

17. Constitution: "GOD inevitable rights" Im sure that explains all.

18. o_0 pointless crap.

We all know he went to war for the oil anyway.

You see that picture he put up, thats whats happenening everyday, for the fact that american soldiers here are fighting for oil, rather than taking out the terrorists (Which i don't claim they are). They're trying to turn iraq into a democratic nation, so that they could be fueled with their oil. if they remained dictatorship, they wouldn't have given it anyway.

Ruhani, I just wanted to point out that when you refer to the United States, do it so. The United States. Because America is the name of the entire continent. Yes, people born in the US are known as Americans, but that doesn't mean that their country IS America.

I am part of America, and I don't live in the United States. It just takes reading a bit of history to understand what I am talking about, and to see it is true. The continent that Christopher Columbus found, and in which the Vikings established long before him and then left once again, was baptized America.

It just makes me feel a little angry when I hear people refer to the United States as America. They forget that over 20 more countries belong to America as well.

Whatever you think of this people doesn't really concern me much. However, I still believe that there should exist tolerance among us, regardless of our points of view. If only we could understand this, the world would be at peace.

Still, I have to admit that "Americans", people born in the United States, have been very racist and intolerant during most of their history. Even under the name of God. I've been reading two books. Each of them talks about the history of a different Christian religion, centralized in the situations of Puerto Rico and the United States: Catholicism and Protestanism. Protestants were capable of burning a Catholic church during a past century. And about 60 years ago, perhaps even now, Hispanic people are seen as inferior by many Americans. That is a hurtful thought. I am Hispanic, and I don't consider myself either inferior, nor superior to anyone else. Humility is necessary to live a happy and honest life.

Even so, each person is owner of his or her actions. What the leaders of their countries do and believe doesn't really have to do much with what the actual people think.

In the actual case of Bush and the war against Iraq, this isn't a war between two nations. It is a war between a leader and a nation. Many Americans are victims of this, too. Of lies, especially.

If there is someone I detest, that is George W. Bush.
