Would it be possible by myself to make a rather "good" game using 2k3?

By that I mean a general good graphics, a good set of features that would make the game enjoyable. So if you started playing my game provided you had some mild interest in the storyline, would you keep on playing if it was made on 2k3?

yes...I'm not sure what Yoosy'g game was made on, but it is considered one of the best games here.

oh i think it was made on 2000. although im not positive if it was that or 2k3.
