How can i make a character run[RESOLVED]

i want to make the character run when i am holding a certain button but if i hold it 2 long he gets tired and slows down and when i release the button and rest the stamina regains and i can run fast again is this possible

also is it possible to have like the hp bar of the character in the corner with the characters picture and the stamina bar?
