Actually making them

Are there any good tutorials on actually making resources for RPGXP? I suppose one could make battlers and battlebacks if he/she was a good artist, but what about window skins, autotiles and the like? I have some experience with Photoshop, by the way, so I'd like a tutorial on that.

I haven't seen any, but you could edit a window skin.
