Is there a way to change a tile in the middle of the game, such as changing a bridge piece to a broken one.  I have tried looking through map events, but I don't see anything.  Is there a script that can do this?

I have attention problems.
Make the broken bridge peice in the map, then make an event with the image of the fixed bridge peice over it, and make the opacity = 0.  Make sure the event has "through" on.

Then make an event that changes the bridge peice's event to opacity 255.

If you need me to say it a little more detailed, ask
"...because, you know, whatever."

You can do this in 2000 and 2003. There's an event command for it. But, unfortunately Enterbrain thought it would be a good idea to remove something useful from their new product, and so you must make an event like stated above.

Yup, I believe that command is in the move event option.
