Hi again! Kessiah is the biggest n00b ever right now so he's gonna need a little help! I thought I would make a little list of what I need help with ... You can then help me with them, aight?
Well, however I'm really glad if you're willing to take the time to help me with at least one of 'em. Thank you all, so much!!

Intro, beginning!

In the early beginning of the game (the first thing that happens at all, actually) I want the screen to be total black and a "voice" saying (a few sentences in a textbox, that is) a few words about how the hero is the destined savior of Iliann (the world of my game where everything happens). Then I want the screen to fade to my map "Kilaan Forest" where the player is lying by a fire. He/she wakes up and start to talk to himself/herself and then the player can start playing. How can I do this? I've got an example myself but please come with better or more ideas so that it can get better - or good!

The black screen - I can just use the change screen tone to black, aight? But! There's a little problem! When I do this, right before the screen turns black the map is shown a little bit ... How can I fix this? Help pliZZ!
Voice - This is easy! Just using a regular "Insert text"!
Fading to map "Kilaan Forest" - Just using the change screen tone again and set it back to normal and with a few frames fade ... Right!?
Character lying by the fire - Now I will use set move route. Good idea? xP Lol ... However, I do this and choose "Player" and then "Change graphic" to down! (But! If I have my own character-sprite, then how can I make a lying one?)
Getting the character to rise - How the heck can I do this!? I only know so like making the screen black for a sec and then changing the character graphic again ... This may seem alright, but still I want it to be better ... Anyone know how I can do this? Plizz!!
Making Autorun stop - I simply use erase event when all is done and then the character can play again ... But! Will this make the bgm go away? Or will it stay? I hope so ... Thanks anyway!! Tata!

Systems and stuff

Cooking System!

I want the player to be able to make food by cooking different fruits and berries and stuff as ingredients, but only near an oven or like a fire in the woods. Although, when it's being cooked in a kitchen on a real stove (or something) it should be a higher succes-rate than over a simple fire. And also I want the succes-rate to get higher when you advance a cooking level!

Cooking levels - I want to enable the possibility to advance a cooking level when cooking and then get a higher rate of success when cooking and stuff ... How can I do this?
Stove or simple fire in the woods? What difference does it make - Well, as (I hope) you know it's easier to cook in a real kitchen then in the forest in real life, and it taste better (not always, but mostly). So, that's why - In the game it should be different how you cook it. Don't you think? Smart, eh? xP
Succes-rate - I want the succes-rate to change by cooking level and cooking materials and ingredients! Can ya help me, guys?

Fishing System

Wouldn't it be fun if you could just take a break from running for you life and killing monster and stuff and take a quiet and pieceful fishing trip? Well, however - I want to make a fishing system! I got the idea from Pokémon and one of the sticky topics in the this tutorial-section (the one in the middle, xP).
The only requirements to fish in my game shall be that you're near water (and there's not like a fence in the way, between the water and the player or that the water is in a glass) and you have a fishing rod! I don't know if I should have different fishing rods so that it will be like easier to actually get fish by using a better quality-rod. Should I?

Fishing rod - I don't really know how I should make this work ... Firstly I want the player to see the character holding a fishing rod (like in pokemon, you know) and secondly I want it to be an item so that you have to get it first before you can fish! Help me!! I'm desperate ;P
Cooking ingredient - As I mentioned before when I talked about the cooking system you'll need ingredients - fish is a great ingredient!
Catch-rate - Just like in the cooking system I would want a catch-rate that goes up when you advance a fishing level (if you really think I should have a fishing level too ...) and be better depending on which fishing rod you're using (if I'm going to have different rods at all ...). Sometimes you shouldn't get fish at all, but sometimes you should, and those times I want it to be randomized! So that you can get different fishes and also sometimes - none!
Special fish - Maybe there should be some special fish that you only can find in a few or only one special place.
How to fish - Should the player stand next top water and then use the item? Or maybe the player goes near water and then just click the "action button" to drop the rod in the sea? Think about it and help me! ^^

Stealing System

I'm not really sure if I want to this in my current game ... But maybe. And also - It's always fun to learn new stuff! So I would be happy to get help with a stealing system to! ^^
If I'm actually going to have a stealing system I would want the player to advance thieving levels! And the higher level you get the easier it'll be to steal - also when in higher thiving levels you will be able to steal from mightier person, y'know!

Arrow over player's head

Real-time battle system

As about arrow over head I've both heard and read about this but ti doesn't work perfectly! Maybe because it's wrong or maybe because I'm doing wrong - I'm swedish and it gets hard for me sometimes about this stuff!

Mapping & maps!

Small map in a corner

If I want a small map to be in like the lower left corner. How do I do that?

Small map - I want a small map over the map you're on to be shown in the lower left corner. Events or scripts? Plizz help me! ^^'
Dots & arrows - I want like a green arrow pointing to where the player is facing and also where he/she is. For enemies (if I'm going to use a real-time battle system) with like red dots and comrads or like npcs and ais or something that can give you a guest in yellow dots ...
Directions - If it's not too much to ask ... In the corner of the mini-map there could be a small circle with northern and southern directions y'know! Thank you!

I'm actually not so good at this - but as I heard, manye pro-makers aren't either. But anyway, I wan to learn about variables and how to work them so just give me ideas on where I can löearn about these and/or give me your own examples and explanations!

Common Events

I don't really know what a common event is but I guess it's like a common event, right? xP Lol, that got a little weird ...! However, I've heard about common events but don't really know what they aare or how, why or when to use them. And also, I've heard you can call an common event to an event ... How!? And if I do this, could I like make an event that I want to use often, almost like in every map, and then call it in every event that I want to be doing that very same thing? If that's true, then it's cool ... No, wait - it's awsome! Now, tell me the truth and if this is the truth - how!?

Autorun and Parallel Process

I know what autorun does - it starts an event directly and loop it all over again! But you can stop that using the "erase event" command. Right? Right!
Well however, as many tells me, parallel proces does the same thing (does it, relly? does it do anything more? tell me) and is the clear way to go. Is that right? Tell me!

Changing the Title Screen

I guess I'll need a scripter for this, huh? Well, however ... I want to have other options and a new background ... And I would gladly get rid of the "RPGMAKER XP" down in the right corner ...

Background - Can I change this without using scripts? Otherwise, tell me how ...
Options - 1. New Game 2. Continue 3. Load Game 4. Options 5. Bonus Material 6. Quit
Option menu functions - 1. New Game. Start a new game, of course! 2. Continue. Continue playing on the loaded game file. 3. Load Game. Load a game file so that you can (2.) continue, (4.) change your options like if you are a girl or a boy (if that can't be done, don't care about the options menu at all!) and watch the (5.) extras that the player has unlocked on that very game file! 4. Options. Change your options like if you're a girl or something like that! 5. Bonus Material. Watch cutscenes (if that's possible) from the game and video scenarios! 6. Quit. Well, quit the game and close the game window!
"RPGMAKER XP" - can I get rid of this? Plizz!

I would suggest that before you go any further into that huge concept of story and game that you take your time and first get use to the basic of RPGMAKER like first start doing an easy sceen where you have your hero opening a door or a chest and winning an object using switch then give yourself some challenge by trying to make harder stuff like simulate an escalator. Just make sure you master every aspect of RPG maker before trying to create games.

My suggestion is that you think about an easy senario with let say 5 quest, 1 town, 1 dongeon, 2 characters(1 then a second one join in later in your senario), Create at least the following: 1 weapon shop, 1 armor shop, 1 item shop and finaly a inn.

Set up the fights for outside the town and inside your dongeon, Create a final boss at the end of your dongeon and before that of course a couple chest inside the dongeon with great weapons and armors to help your hero's kill the final boss.

Once you will have create all that by yourself, then you will be way out of the "I'M SO NOOBISH PLEASE HELP ME TO DO MY RPG BY DOING IT ALL YOURSELF FOR ME!"

I'll be the first one to help you out when you will need too but first you need to learn how to walk before running or ask to be lifted out to where you wanna go.

Keep up the good work and of course take this comment as constructive and see there a friend trying to help you and not someone judging you.

Thank you and all but ... that's kinda mean -__-' I know I suck at RMXP! But I have used such programs before and I AM good at scipting other programs and stuff ... It's just that I want to make everything go totally right! And I canä't make any systems at all by my self!!!!!!!!
And also, by asking and getting answers, I DO learn!

Sorry dude didnt mean to be rude, I appologies if so but my point was i have spend thousands of hours in from of that maker to be able to even learn the basic and belive me i once was a noob too and even now i simply consider getting a bit better as i have lost so much time trying new stuff and do just like you and ask question but one thing is that i would never ask someone else to do the mapping for me as i want the new RPG i will create to be my pure creation not some copy paste of many pple work together and then claim to have a game.

Anyway i think i again sounds rude but only one last thing, i'm the kind that love better to learn how to fish then to be given fish by the other fisherman.

If you think that have most of the script done by some other pple is helping you to learn then great we all have diffrent way to learn but i simply pointed out that you should ask for Tut on specific stuff you are facing as you go trought your game and only after having try by yourself and finaly facing a dead end then you can ask for help.

well peace out buddy i simply try to help you learn how to fish there so I'll be there when you'll have specific question that i might know the answers to help you out but remember that learning is the power that you cannot borow from the others, you simply need to put effort and study then learn and that apply to anything.
