Can someone please make a script or common event which gives different party members XP based on how much damage they've inflicted in a battle? Instead of just giving all party members the same amount of XP, they'd get different amounts based on how well they faired.
Example: characters A, B, C, and D are fighting enemy X. Enemy X gives 200 XP shared for the entire party and has 400 HP. Char A did 200 damage total in the fight, B did 20 damage, C inflicted 100 damage, and D hit 80. Character A gets 100 XP because it did 50% of the total damage and 0.5*200 is 100. B gets 10 XP for doing 5% damage, C gets 50 XP, and D gets 40.
