Goals & questions!

Hi, I've got a few goals for my new game and I would really be glad if you could help me or give me links to another topics where I can get this help ...

Goals:

• real-time battle system. With hud functions and all ...
• arrow over characters head.
• make my own sprites (for RMXP). How do I do that?
• make my own tilesets, if possible and not tooooooooo hard .... Where and How can I do that? It would be nice with a guide
• make a few movies and stuff, cutscenenes ... how? HELP ME, plizz
• can I cahnge the name of a game after I've started it? How!?

When I've got more goals, I will update this post! ^^ Thanks for all possible help!

Questions about this forum & RMXP:
1. How can I upload a picture on this forum without just using a link to it?
2. The you use in your Zelda-game ... Is that the sound that's often in Zelda games (don't remember) or is it a sound from RMXP? In that case, tell me which. If, otherwise, the case is you got it from somewhere else, could you please tell me where? I can't find a good sound for when I pick up stuff from the ground or gets stuff from poeple in towns!
3. About charsets and tilesets and stuff ... I would like to make my own characters - how? And I also would like to make my own tilesets and stuff ... Also - how do I do when a fight begins? I want it to be my own character there to. Do you know anywhere I can fix that too? (Charas-project.net, or what it's called, only have stuff like that for RM2K3 ... i think) And then last, I think, about my own tilesets and stuff. How and where can I makte those?
Oh, oh!! And also - when I want my own character to lie down ... How do I make a sprite form them like that?

#6: Go to Game Tab and there should be an option to change title. It's the 2nd last, right before Help and right after Tools.

Wow, not even I would be able to understand this description. On the regular interface, where you make maps, Up at the top, there is the row of tabs: File, Edit, View, ..., Tools, GAME, Help

In the Game tab, there is an option to change title. Pah, I'll just post a picture later - I'm terrible with words.
