I need help..

I was useing charas. and i tried to insert the people i made into the game. But when i insert them its all messed up and there is a box around them  ? Can someone Help?

It sounds like the char position box was left in on the final edit of the person. Export the character and edit it in paint, if there is a box around the guy, just copy the surrounding image colour and change it to that then re-import it into the game.

Is the box the only problem when the character is played?

I'm using 2K3, so I can't be much more specific.

If your using XP did you change the transparent colour to the color thats in the background?

If u scanned it, unless you have photoshop, your screwed.
