Intro Cinematic

Hello there, im new to these forums, and kind of new to RPG Maker XP, so if you could, can someone tell me how to make a cinematic so when you start a new game, it comes to, say a black screen and text comes down explaining the story thus far, i've seen it a multitude of times, and i was wondering, how do they do that?

You just have to make a cutscene, using events...
Let there be a event in a corner or something, and make that a autorun...
And in that autorun, you can let people walk, let you player talk, and stuff.
