Need simple sprites (XP)

I need as many sprites I can get for this style of game...

What I need:

A hero
Random carribian/Hawiian looking people
Some monster sprites
A few bosses
A monkey

For the hero I want a white male with blonde messy hair with a white T shirt, blue jeans, and blue eyes. . He should be the normal size of human sprites.
Monsters need to look like something that would live on an island.
Bosses need to be large and look tropical.
The rest can look however you want it.

By the way, I'm using XP.

hey i fort i might give it a try for the main hero there are 4 variations...

these arn't optimised PNG's they are a bit big for editing purposes if you want i can optimise them.

id be happey to change them in any way they need changing...

Looks good. Alls it really needs is to be able to tell the difference in the shirt and the arm.
