"Rifle-men" battlers

I need some help with getting some battlers that are Rifle men. They cannot look to futuristic though, as they have only just started to use guns in my game time zone. If someone can provide links to sites with these types of battlers on, or can post some here or even do some from scracth that I can use in my project I would be most grateful. Oh, it's a front view battle system if that helps.

What colours should they be, like uniform, or just casual cloths, ect.?

Hmmm... Well, I would like them to be in more "natural" colours if you get what I mean. Sort of green, grey. I would prefer for it to be a uniform as they are all part of a special group. Also I could use one to be a bit different to use as a boss. I can edit the pictures a little later on if the kinda thing I want is unavailable.

yeah, i am in need of these as well, I'm working on a modern day/SciFi (maybe 20 years into our future) type of game
