Help with game disk creation

How exactly do you make a game disk with a game stored on it?
Here's what happened... I want to creat a game demo for a friend, so I put a blank cd in the drive and hit, "Create a Game Disk" it stored in the disk so it said...... anyway I tried to put it in my friends computer to try it out and it just said the disk was blank...HELP

Yes because I'm able to burn songs off limewire with a blank disk.

Then you should burn your game data, along with standard RGSS-RTP

Great!.....Now how do I do that?

Use Nero, Roxio, or anything that can be used for burning CD...
And do not use game disk creation on RMXP. Just burn the project folder.
