The Judges

Each map will be judged by only three judges, not all five. Judges will be sent a pm on Jan 17th, it will contain a list of numbers, each number corresponding to the map they and two other judges will judge.

Judges may enter the contest,but will not be selected to be the one to judge their own map.

Rules for Submitting a Map

• All maps must be in by January 16th (the day after MLK Jr. Day)
• You may use a map you have already created
• All maps must be PMed to Nouman6, who will post them on judging day Jan 18th without the name of the creator, and only a number.

Map Categories

Each Contestant may submit one map for each of the categories.

• Indoor Map 25x15 MIN30 by 25 MAX
• Outdoor Map 25 by 20 MIN 60 by 60 MAX
• Cave Interior min 30 by 30 MIN 60 by 60 MAX

How Maps will be Judged

• Judges will give an overall score of 15, grading scale:
• 5 points for Neatness, 5 points for Use of Space, 5 Points for Life like.
  
• Judges will not know the person who created the map. Only Nouman will know the creators, but he will not base his scores on the creator.

How are maps sent to you? As a project file? As an image (of which format)? Which tilesets can be used?

anytileset, rtp or anything you made or find. And they are sent via pm on this forum in a image format of a screenshot.

A day would be fine for me, but I dunno about everyone else.

ok, I will extend it 2 days if thats ok with everyone? if you have already submitted a map you can fix it and re-submit it.

Stage two is now closed

Sorry for the long wait, I know the dates posted even went over. I was very busy, and some people still needed some time to turn their work in.
Judging will start late Sunday.
