Well, if you're really wanting to make music without the need for any talent, then Fruity Loops is the way to go.

I prefer Finale, but that seems a bit much for you, so maybe TabIt, as that seems pretty popular here.

And... uh... you don't need to use your keyboard for writing music... and drag n' drop? LOL
