I think Punisher is refering to the Guardian Force menus layout in Final Fantasy 8. From what little I could understand from the poor grammar/spelling, I'm guessing his project uses summon-able monsters and he is asking for a separate menu that displays the monsters levels and what not. Any one who takes this request will most likely need an unencrypted version of your project so they can see exactly how the monsters are summoned, what variables the stats are stored in etc. so that the menu(s) will work properly.

Though, I would imagine for easy reference to stats, experience curves and such that the monsters would be setup like ordinary actors. You'd just have to switches so that they only appear in the menu once you've acquired them.
