Organizing Development Team

Ok, as you all can tell, Crystal Collection is going to be pretty freaking big. I've been working on it on my own up until this point, but now I need some professional help.

I completely (and I mean COMPLETELY) suck at making my own graphics. Therefore, I wish to put together a development team.

What exactly I need:

Character Specialist
Monster Specialist
Spell Animation Specialist
Panorama Specialist
Picture Specialist
Sound Specialist
Tileset Specialist

What they do (if you didn't figure it out):

Character specialist:
Creates the acutal characters that walk around the world. I already have a list of what I need, and if you feel you can fulfill this position, please PM me.

Monster specialist:
The battlers that come with RMXP really suck. I want someone with a creative imagination that can create better battlers. PM me if interested.

Spell Animation specialist:
As the name implies, I need someone who can make dazzling, yet simple spell animations. I have a list of which ones I need, please PM me if interested.

Panorama and Picture specialists:
Someone who can create amazing/breathtaking backgrounds/backdrops for certain areas. PM me if interested.

Sound specialist:
Need someone who can create good sounds and music that I can use to replace the built in music of RMXP. PM me if interested.

Tileset specialist:
Anyone who can create custom tilesets as I need them. (With advanced warning of course.) PM me if interested.
