Post by: :) on December 03, 2006, 03:00:27 AM
I remember seeing something like that, not sure if this is the fourm..It was a file that you do something with and it adds the black stip to the top and bottom to make cool looking cutsceens.

Can anyone find that topic, or help me out?

thanks

Use this event template:

> Preparing for transition
> Show picture number 1 (TEH stripes)
> Execute transition (any)

and later for the fadeout:

> Preparing for transition
> Erase picture number 1
> Execute transition (any)

This is a cool idea.  Out of curiosity, what size should I make the Movie Stripes when I save them before I import them into pictures so that it will properly fit the ingame screen?

edit:  never mind, it fits properly now
