Title: [XP] Day Night System 2

Here's what it has:

- Random Weather (When it's december, it'll probably snow.) NOTE: Not close to realistic.
- Improved time.
- Days of the week. (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- Names of months (January, February, March)
- Number of days in the month like 1st to 31st.
- Years (No it doesn't have year 2000 and such but has been added for the purpose of february. I'll tell you a little more)

I like this very much. I downloaded it, and want to add it to my game. Sad thing is, is I don't know how to do that. Can someone please help?

Open the game using the game in there...(Not game.exe) then copy all the events, variables, common events, switches, pictures and such; to your game.

I did all that and it works, but no HUD of the time? How can I fix this?

Import the pictures in the graphics file.

How do I make it start at my map after copying well...everything?

I have the pictures, the system seems to be working fine......but nothing appears, no HUD...

Long time since I used RMXP but I'll try to help out.

Create a parallel process event in a map.
Activate the switches

Very nice but my computer cant read it when i download the document pops up in weird words very weird to me but i guess im the only one with the weird problam

Error? Hmm...can you screenshot the error and show it to me? Press both alt and print screen to screenshot. Paste the screenshot in paint, save it then upload the image in a site like photobucket.com, tinypic.com, imageshack.us or a site of your choosing then post the screenshot here.

is there any kind of program needed to read it. beacuase when i open it it opens my wordpad and comes up with weird  words like the writing is squares and weird things i tryed the picture u told me about but i hope i was pressing the print page button between the window button and the control button.

Well, I kinda have to agree this does look neat.... Anyways I don't think I'll be able to add this in very well to a game (if I even try to make one). But still, this looks neat!

Hmm...doesn't work with Postality...long while since I've really gotten into RMXP...what am I about to explain below is off the top of my head meaning no RMXP on my screen so no flaming.

First, create a new project and save it. (Let me reiterate, create a new project)
Copy the data, graphics, and audio folders from the DNS2 project
Go to your new project's folder and paste the folders inside.
Try testing it out

@Valcos: Find the event that activates the day night system and set up the variabls for the hours, minutes and ten minutes. Months, days, and year included!

@DS: No for it is not a script. It is completely made through events.

i cant get this to seem to work i get the girl to say the stuff (i think) but i cant get it to go night or the hud comeing up anybody know why

All I have to say is I made a new project copyied the stuff then I copied the events like the one in the corner and the one by the tent to work my new map after I put the stuff in the new map it works fine heres a demo a really
short one does that help you can change the map I made into watever you want
and can someone please tell me where you get that black outline with the wooden corners and stuff in map 2 or in houses of some games just use my farmhouse thing open the MAP002 thing and look at the black around and the thing covering the house where is that in the tileset

Why is this in the tutorial database? It doesn't tell us how to do anything, he just posted a demo so you basically copy, telling us what the shit means and how to do it is the right way to make a tutorial. This should be moved.
