Title: [VXA] Can i use historic landmarks in a commercial video game ?

I do make my own sprites and tiles and i was wondering if i could use historic landmarks in my game (See pics)

Copyright laws usually expire after 70 years have passed since the creator's death. Even if they did have some sort of copyright, they'd be long expired. Though, like Yuyu said, people can put a copyright on specific images they've created. As long as you're not actually putting a photograph in the game, I think you'll be just fine.
