Title: Finally made the start of switching over makers
Post by: PhoenixFire on December 19, 2014, 12:37:46 PM
So, after a long run with XP and XPAce, I'm in the middle of downloading the trial for VXAce, to test and out and see how it all goes. Does anyone have any suggestions, tips, tricks, etc that they wish they knew when they first started with it, that they would pass along to someone new with Ace?

Not lost, just looking at all of the options for makers, that's all.  :P

Right on! VXA is pretty cool. :D As for tips? Not really any VXA-specific ones...except to take advantage of the tilesets and the database. ;]

Other than getting ready to use a much better RPG Maker, there's nothing.

Well, I must say, after using it for an hour or so, I do like it, and I think I can get used to how it works easy enough. The interface itself looks alot less like something from the WinXP era lolz..
