Who shows a mastery of RPG Maker's functions and features, and can do things you'd have never have thought possible with Rpg Maker?

Most of the best technical games that come to mind are ones from last year rather than this year, but...

I'll say game_guy (http://rmrk.net/index.php?action=profile;u=7491), for his outside programs working with RPG Maker.
