Title: [VX/VXA] [charaset] Mountain spring

I've created mountain spring for my own needen, but you can use this, if you like (And yes, it's split of RTP graphics as well). Anyway, it's just where water seems to begin journey. ;) It's fully animated as well. You can make it long(height) as much, as you need. Use the RTP piece from "!$Other2" file to end it, where stream joins the pond. Hope you like it.
