That's my Tablet input panel thing. I never use it though, so if someone knows how to get rid of it, do tell.

I have the same thing on my tablet pc, but I just leave it there, idk how to get rid of it :P

Anyway, I got a wallpaper to scare a relative. Extremely poor quality, but it did its job, and now they won't get on my computer anymore.

Personalize Handwriting Recognition
Report Handwriting recognition errors
float
dock at top of screen
dock at bottom of screen
options

you have to go into "options" then uncheck "Show the Input Panel Tab" under "Opening"
I'd suggest leaving the top 3 check boxes open, so that if/when you end up needing it, you can pull it up

Float just keeps it from sticking to a corner/side of the screen.
