Title: Changing Windows Taskbar time from 24 Hour to 12 Hour [Reesawlved]

Windows is suddenly displaying my time in my taskbar on a 24 hour clock. There is no setting obviously apparent to change it back in the adjust date/time option.

Halp?

<Irockman1> change the big H to a little h
