Title: Free Web Hosting

I found this one site and, at first look with my n00bish eyes, it looks really good but incredibly sketchy.

Edit: I'm looking for free because I'm poorer than dirt poor, lol.

If your saying you need to make a new design, then why not finish it yourself first then apply it to a site online?
