Anyone here knows how can I unblock msn from an annoying network that has blocked it for I don't know why?

they might have the ports blocked
in that case try going to http://www.meebo.com and logging onto MSN via their browser-based system :)

Pidgin doesn't work at my college but meebo does, so I use meebo on campus

If you use pidgin try going into the settings and use the HTTP authentication method. =o
