Perhaps I'm an administrator with a couple things I can't modify just yet? Maybe Roph just wanted me to look special? Perhaps you've lost your mind? You need to start adding in the possible answers to this. Don't stick with one possible answer, give everyone more than one possible door to open. Jumping to conclusions happens to be a foolish thing to do.

and he is admin, he has all the powers except control of server and homepage thats why his rank was made differently.

It is true that Irock have limited capabilities and powers compared to an administrator.
He started out with powers below that of an regular moderator.
Still, he did a good job and thus got more powers granted. Irock is still in-training and thus has yet to receive the power to ban users.
Unless Irock messed up it is simple a matter of when rather than if.
